Join the Straw Hat Crew
You don’t need a full cosplay to join the adventure. A simple straw hat is enough to become part of the crew, while anyone who wants to participate further can add a few pirate-inspired clothing pieces or accessories.
Basic Crew
The simplest way to participate. Wear a straw hat and become part of the Straw Hat Crew.
Pirate Look
Add a vest, bandana, loose shirt, jeans or simple accessories if you want to take your look further.
Japanese Style
Participants who prefer Japanese culture can wear a yukata, jinbei or another appropriate traditional-inspired outfit.

Welcome to the Grand Line
A large Straw Hat Pirates flag welcomes visitors at the entrance, surrounded by black and red decorations. Safe theatrical fog creates a dramatic arrival while the main characters greet visitors with iconic signs and slogans.

A large Straw Hat Pirates flag placed at the front entrance creates an instantly recognizable focal point.

Participants can hold black, red and white boards featuring short, recognizable One Piece slogans and character lines.

Safe theatrical fog can be used briefly during the entrance moment to create a dramatic atmosphere.

Build the Grand Line Stalls
Turn a simple tent into a One Piece-inspired festival stall using inexpensive decorations, pirate flags, Japanese lanterns and recognizable One Piece details.
🏴☠️ The Crew Flag
Place a large Straw Hat Pirates flag outside the tent so visitors can immediately recognize the theme. Use it as the main visual marker for your stall.
🏮 Japanese Festival Style
Add inexpensive paper lanterns around the tent entrance and stall area to create a warm Japanese festival atmosphere without requiring expensive decoration.
📜 Wanted Posters
Decorate the tent walls with One Piece-inspired wanted posters. Mix character posters with simple pirate signs to make the walls feel like part of the Grand Line.
Simple Decoration, Big Impact
You don’t need to completely transform the venue. Focus the decoration around the areas visitors will notice first: the tent entrance, front table and walls. A flag, a few lanterns, wanted posters and red-and-black fabric can create most of the atmosphere.

A Japanese Festival on the Grand Line
Blend the adventurous world of One Piece with a simple Japanese festival atmosphere. Lanterns, traditional-inspired clothing and small festival details can transform the tent into a lively destination.
Optional Japanese-Inspired Dress
Students who want to take the theme further can wear a yukata, jinbei or another appropriate Japanese traditional-inspired outfit. This is completely optional — a straw hat is still enough for basic participation.
Create the Festival Feeling
Use paper lanterns, simple signs, small table decorations and warm lighting around the stalls. Keep the decoration simple so the atmosphere feels authentic without becoming expensive.
